Du bist in der Logistik zuhause, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei einem hohen Warenvolumen den Überblick? Unser Kunde wünscht

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Logistikprozessen, idealerweise mindestens fünf Jahre
  • Gültiger Staplerausweis
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen zu lesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Teamorientierte und zielgerichtete Persönlichkeit

Das erwartet dich

  • Annahme und Kontrolle eingehender Warenlieferungen anhand der entsprechenden Begleitdokumente
  • Erfassung und Verbuchung der Wareneingänge im ERP-System
  • Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen nach definierten Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Visuelle Kontrolle der eingehenden Waren
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen nach vorgegebenen Prüfverfahren
  • Dokumentation der durchgeführten Prüfungen und Ergebnisse
  • Koordination und Priorisierung der verschiedenen Wareneingänge
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten und reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Lieferantenreklamationen bei Qualitätsabweichungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Logistik, Qualität, Einkauf und Verkauf
  • Unterstützung bei angrenzenden Logistikprozessen bei Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Prozess- und Qualitätsstabilität im Wareneingang
