Den unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen begegnen wir mit Expertise und sorgen für operative Entlastung, effektive Nutzung der vorhandenen Assets sowie regelkonforme Vorgehensweisen.

Logistic Solutions kümmert sich um Güter und Sendungen, die aufs Areal kommen, hier gelagert und verteilt werden oder den Standort verlassen. Als Mitarbeiter/in Warehouse Operational Services in Basel bist Du für die operativen Abläufe im Logistikzentrum Bau 41 tätig. Die Aufgaben umfassen die Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen, Vernichtungen und Portionierungen verschiedener Produkte.

Der oder die perfekte Kandidat:in: Verfügt über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker und bringt mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pharmalogistik mit. Des Weiteren besitzt die Person ausgewiesene GMP-Erfahrung, sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse sowie einen Führerausweis für Flurförderfahrzeuge und ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten: • Verantwortlich für die korrekte operative Abwicklung der Prozesse (Lagerverwaltung /Wareneingang) Warenausgang) unter Einhaltung der Compliance Vorgaben (GMP,Gefahrgut etc.) • Durchführung der Warenein- und Warenausgänge • Kontrolle der Materialien auf korrekte Stückzahl, Material- und Chargennummer • Verpackung und Abwicklung von GMP-, Gefahrgut-, Kühl- und Tiefkühlsendungen für den Warenausgang • Proaktive Mitwirkung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen • Unterstützung der Vorgesetzten bei der Optimierung von Abläufen, Audits und • Inspektionen und der Aktualisierung der SOPs • Mitarbeit in Projekten • Mithilfe bei der Instandhaltung, Identifikation und Behebung von Störungen • Buchen von Sendungen in den diversen SAP-Systemen • Durchführung der Inventur Must Haves: • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Logistiker EFZ • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Logistik, vorzugsweise im Bereich Pharma • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung im GMP / GDP Bereich • Sehr gute PC Kenntnisse (SAP, Office und weitere Anwenderprogramme) • Abgeschlossene Fahrprüfung für Flurförderfahrzeuge • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift B2 • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, dienstleistungsorientiert und hohe Flexibilität • Hohes Mass an strukturierter und selbständiger Arbeitsweise • Hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung und professioneller und proaktiver Umgang mit allen Stakeholdern • Strukturierte, fokussierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungskraft und motiviert, selbständig arbeitend und belastbar

Nice to have: • Englischkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich • Ausbildungen im Gefahrgutbereich
