In dieser Position bist du ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Logistikteams am Standort Bern. Gemeinsam stellen wir die zuverlässige Versorgung unserer Produktionsbereiche mit Materialien sicher und leisten damit einen direkten Beitrag zur Herstellung lebenswichtiger Medikamente in einem hochregulierten GMP-Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du arbeitest in der Dauernachtschicht in einem kleinen Zwei-Personen-Team und unterstützt die zuverlässige Versorgung der Produktionsbereiche im pharmazeutischen Umfeld unter Einhaltung der GMP-Vorgaben.
  • Du kommissionierst Güter gemäss Auftrag für die Produktionsanlagen, belieferst interne Kund:innen und stellst die termingerechte Bereitstellung der Materialien sicher.
  • Du führst Warenbewegungen und Buchungen in SAP durch und stellst eine korrekte Dokumentation sowie Rückverfolgbarkeit sicher.
  • Du bedienst das automatische Hochregallager und unterstützt bei der Koordination logistischer Materialflüsse.
  • Du bereitest interne Aufträge sowie Exportsendungen für die Weiterbearbeitung im Tagesbetrieb vor.
  • Du bringst Optimierungsideen aus dem operativen Alltag ein und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen.
  • Du arbeitest dauerhaft im Nachtschichtmodell von Montagabend bis Samstagmorgen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker:in EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lager- oder Intralogistik, idealerweise in einem regulierten Umfeld wie Pharma, Lebensmittel oder Medizintechnik.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-/Lagerverwaltungssystemen sowie automatisierten Lageranlagen, vorzugsweise SAP und LVS-Systemen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
  • Hohes Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Materialien, Prozessen und GMP-Vorgaben.
  • Fähigkeit, in einem kleinen Team mit hoher Eigenverantwortung auch ohne direkte Führung vor Ort sicher, qualitätsbewusst, lösungsorientiert und mit hoher Eigenmotivation zu handeln.
  • Teamfähige, belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität sowie SUVA-anerkanntem Staplerausweis und praktischer Fahrerfahrung.
  • Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld oder Kenntnisse im GMP-/GxP-Bereich sind ein Plus.
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Kletterschulung für Einsätze bei Störungsbehebungen im automatischen Hochregallager.
