Anforderungen

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Event, Catering, Gastronomie oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Praktisches und technisches Verständnis
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Umgangsformen
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Belastbarkeit bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen
  • Bereitschaft zu Abend-, Wochenend- und unregelmässigen Einsätzen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen und termingerechten Materialbereitstellung
  • Verantwortlicher Umgang mit Veranstaltungsmaterial und Equipment
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten und sauberen Auf- und Rückbaus
  • Ordnungsgemässe Rückführung und Lagerung des Materials
  • Meldung von fehlendem, beschädigtem oder defektem Material
  • Einhaltung der betrieblichen Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Logistikvorgaben

Stellenziel & Aufgaben

Stellenziel

Der/die Logistiker/in Event & Catering L2 stellt die reibungslose Material- und Eventlogistik während der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Veranstaltungen sicher.

Der Schwerpunkt der Funktion liegt auf der Bereitstellung gemäss Packliste, dem Transport und der Bereitstellung von Material sowie dem Auf- und Rückbau von Veranstaltungen. Gleichzeitig unterstützt die Funktion die Waren- und Anlieferungslogistik und kann bei Bedarf sämtliche Aufgaben des Logistikbereichs übernehmen.

Hauptaufgaben

  • Zusammenstellen des für Veranstaltungen benötigten Materials gemäss Packliste
  • Kontrolle von Material, Mengen und Vollständigkeit
  • Bereitstellung von Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck, Tischwäsche und weiterem Eventmaterial
  • Bereitstellung von Getränke-, Bar-, Kaffee- und Veranstaltungsequipment
  • Transport des Materials an den jeweiligen Veranstaltungsort
  • Rückführung und Einlagerung des Materials nach dem Anlass
  • Auf- und Abbau von Veranstaltungsinfrastruktur
  • Aufstellen und Rückstellen von Tischen und Stehtischen
  • Einrichten und Rückbauen von Buffet-, Bar- und Kaffeestationen
  • Bereitstellung und Rückbau von Musikanlagen und technischem Equipment
  • Bereitstellung von Mobiliar und sonstigem Veranstaltungsequipment
  • Ordnungsgemässe Rückführung des gesamten Materials nach Veranstaltungsende
  • Kontrolle des Materials auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen
  • Unterstützung der Eventleitung bei sämtlichen logistischen Aufgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit von Material und Equipment während des Events
  • Unterstützung bei kurzfristigen Umbauten und Anpassungen
  • Koordination kleinerer logistischer Anliegen vor Ort
  • Unterstützung von Service und Küche bei logistischen Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Warenanlieferungen und Abholungen
  • Entgegennahme und Transport von Waren und Material
  • Unterstützung bei der internen Warenlogistik
  • Bei Bedarf Übernahme der Aufgaben des L1
