Hinter unseren Stores sorgt unsere Logistik täglich dafür, dass unsere hochwertigen Produkte zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort sind. Für unser  Logistikzentrum in Otelfingen suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Logistikmitarbeiter:in mit Funktion Stv. Teamleitung im Pensum von 100%. In dieser Funktion unterstützt du die Teamleitung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst bei deren Abwesenheit die Verantwortung für die Abläufe im Bereich Home & Living.

HIER MACHST DU DEN UNTERSCHIED ##

  • Du packst Wareneingänge aus, identifizierst und kontrollierst diese.
  • Du zeichnest Handelswaren aus und um.
  • Du bringst Sicherungen gemäss Vorgaben an.
  • Du lagerst Handelswaren ein und um.
  • Du kommissionierst die Waren aufgrund der Filialbestellungen.
  • Du übernimmst die Stellvertretung bei Abwesenheit der Teamleitung.
  • Du unterstützt die Teamleitung bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitenden.

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS ##

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre, vorzugsweise in der Logistik, sowie Berufserfahrung im Logistikbereich.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in einer stellvertretenden oder führungsnahen Funktion.
  • Du verfügst über gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln aus.
  • Du hast eine strukturierte, selbstständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert.
  • Du bist physisch und psychisch belastbar sowie flexibel und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
