Vom 1. März 2027 bis 31. Juli 2027 suchen wir an der Primarschule Moritzberg in Uerikon/Stäfa eine Logopädin / einen Logopäden mit Herz, Fachwissen und Freude an Zusammenarbeit. Wir suchen eine motivierte und empathische Person, die unser Team im Rahmen von 11 - 18 Wochenlektionen ergänzt.

Logopädin / Logopäde ##

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Abklärung und Diagnostik des Therapiebedarfs von sprach- und kommunikationsentwicklungsauffälligen Kindern im Kindergarten und in der Primarschule
  • Logopädische Therapie in Einzel- und ev. Gruppensettings und integrative logopädische Förderung
  • Beratung und Zusammenarbeit mit den Bezugspersonen der Therapiekinder (Eltern, Lehr- und Fachlehrpersonen, Schulleitung, Leitung Bildung)
  • Verfassen von Berichten, Organisation und Dokumentation von Therapien

Du bringst mit:

  • Eine EDK-anerkannte Ausbildung als Logopädin / Logopäde oder eine baldige Diplomierung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen
  • Freude und Bereitschaft an Zusammenarbeit im Team
