Die Rehaklinik Bad Zurzach bietet Rehabilitation in allen Facetten auf hohem medizinischem Niveau. Das rehabilitative Angebot reicht von Neurologie über Muskuloskelettal/Rheumatologie bis hin zur Kardiologie. In unserem Team werden die vielfältigen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten sehr geschätzt. Die individuelle Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten liegt uns am Herzen und wird durch vielfältige Einzel- und Gruppenangebote ermöglicht. Modern ausgestattete Robotik und MTT sowie Wasser- und Gartentherapie ergänzen unser Angebot ideal.

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Du führst Befundungen durch und behandelst unsere stationären Patienten und Patientinnen im Bereich der Neurologie. Dabei stehst du in einem stetigen Austausch mit einem Team aus Ärzten, Pflege und weiteren therapeutischen Professionen
  • Patientenorientierte Betreuung: Du führst Assessments und Dokumentationen durch, welche persönlich auf jeden der Patientinnen und Patienten abgestimmt sind und unterstützt bei der Erstellung eines individuellen Therapieplans
  • Therapien: Du führst Einzel- und Gruppentherapien durch. Hierfür stehen dir zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung

 

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Ausbildung: Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logopädin / Logopäde oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit mind. einem positivem PreCheck 
  • Persönlichkeit: Du verfügst über Teamfähigkeit und hast Spass an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Interesse: Du interessierst dich für den Fachbereich Neurologie hast idealerweise Fortbildungen in diesem Bereich absolviert
