Die Fachstelle für Früherziehung und Integrative Sonderschulung (FFS) ist das kantonale Kompetenzzentrum für Themen der spezifischen frühen Förderung und der ambulanten sonderpädagogischen Begleitung in der Regelschule für Kinder und Jugendliche mit erhöhtem Unterstützungsbedarf. Du willst kleine Entwicklungsschritte gross machen? Bei uns begleitest du Kleinkinder und ihre Familien individuell, flexibel und im interdisziplinären Team mit Zeit, Wirkung und echter Nähe zum Alltag.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst logopädische Abklärungen und Therapien durch.
  • Eltern werden von dir alltagsnah beraten und du stärkst sie in ihrer Handlungssicherheit.
  • Mit den Heilpädagogischen Früherzieherinnen arbeitest du eng zusammen und betrachtest Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung ganzheitlich. Du förderst den Austausch mit Fachpersonen und behältst die Sprachentwicklung im Blick.
  • Mit deinen Kolleginnen aus dem Logopädie-Team stehst du in stetigem Austausch, um aktuelle Themen zu besprechen und neue, kreative Ansätze zu erarbeiten.
  • Deinen Arbeitsalltag gestaltest du selbstverantwortlich und flexibel.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einen Bachelor of Arts in Logopädie oder einen vergleichbaren, von der EDK-anerkannten Abschluss.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits den CAS Spracherwerbsstörung im Kleinkind- und Vorschulalter absolviert. Falls das nicht der Fall sein sollte, unterstützen wir dich gerne auf diesem Weg.
  • Wenn du bereits Berufserfahrung im frühkindlichen Bereich mitbringst, ist das ein zusätzliches Plus.
  • Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kleinkindern mit besonderen Bedürfnissen zeichnen dich aus.
  • Dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung bringst du engagiert in unser Team und gestaltest so die Zukunft unserer Arbeit positiv mit.
