Logopédiste H/F à 60 % à Delémont / Logopédiste H/F à 80 % Moutier – Franches\-Montagnes Mission La mission du poste consiste à assurer l’accompagnement logopédique d’enfants et de jeunes adolescents présentant des troubles du langage oral et écrit ainsi que des difficultés de communication. Elle s’inscrit dans une prise en charge individualisée visant à soutenir leur développement, leurs apprentissages et leur autonomie. L’intervention s’effectue auprès de jeunes présentant notamment des troubles spécifiques des apprentissages, des troubles du comportement, des troubles de la personnalité ou du spectre de l’autisme. Le poste implique une collaboration étroite avec les professionnels de l’équipe pluridisciplinaire ainsi qu’avec les parents, dans le cadre de projets pédagogiques et thérapeutiques adaptés aux besoins de chaque jeune. Possibilité de coanimation de groupes thérapeutiques. Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en logopédie ou d’un titre jugé équivalent. Vous disposez d’une expérience significative dans le domaine de la logopédie auprès d’enfants et/ou d’adolescents, idéalement en psychiatrie. Vous êtes à l’aise dans l’accompagnement de jeunes présentant des troubles des apprentissages, du comportement ou du spectre de l’autisme. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et savez collaborer avec les différents professionnels ainsi qu’avec les familles. Vous êtes autonome, vous vous adaptez à diverses situations et possédez une bonne gestion du stress. Vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’analyse, de rigueur et de précision dans votre pratique.
