Gemeinsam mit unserem Kunden, einem etablierten Unternehmen in der Region Basel, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Lohnbuchhalter / eine Lohnbuchhalterin in einem Pensum zwischen 70- 100%. Es handelt sich um einen temporären Einsatz von zunächst 4 Monaten. In dieser Vakanz geht es primär um Gehälter und die Lohnbuchhaltung, aber auch um Teamgeist und gute Laune. Als Payroll Specialist sorgen Sie dafür, dass die Mitarbeitenden pünktlich und glücklich ihre Gehälter erhalten. 

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die termingerechte Abwicklung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanten Richtlinien und Vorschriften werden durch Sie sichergestellt
  • Sie bearbeiten Anfragen zur Lohnabrechnung und unterstützen Ihre Teammitglieder in allen lohnrelevanten Anliegen
  • Auch pflegen und aktualisieren Sie Mitarbeiterdaten, einschliesslich Lohn- und Gehaltsänderungen sowie Sozialleistungen
  • Sämtliche Prozesse in der Personalabrechnung überwachen und optimieren Sie, um Effizienz und Genauigkeit sicherzustellen
  • Als Fachperson arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Abteilungen wie dem Finanz- und Personalteam zusammen, um reibungslose Abläufe zu gewährleisten

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Für diese Funktion besitzen Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Personalwesen, Finanzen oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gehaltsabrechnung sowie im Umgang mit relevanten IT-Systemen und Tools konnten Sie bereits gewinnen
  • Ihre Begeisterung für Zahlen und lustiger, positiver Charakter, der das Arbeitsumfeld aufhellt, ergänzt Ihre ausgezeichneten Fähigkeiten
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und besitzen bestenfalls Französischkenntnisse
  • Mit Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke arbeiten Sie gerne mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zusammen und Ihre zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, gepaart mit einem Auge fürs Detail runden Ihr beeindruckendes Profil ab
