Poste fixe - Taux 100% Horaires en 3x8 - du lundi au vendredi Environnement industriel exigeant Mandatés par un de nos clients, nous recherchons :

Description du job ###

  • Conduite et manoeuvre de locomotives pour le déplacement, la mise en place et le tri des wagons sur le réseau ferroviaire interne
  • Préparation des rames : attelage et dételage, raccordement des conduites d'air et contrôle du bon accrochage des wagons
  • Mise à disposition et retrait des wagons sur les voies de chargement et de déchargement, ainsi que pesage ou tarage selon les besoins
  • Réalisation des contrôles courants de la locomotive, tenue du cahier de suivi et signalement de toute anomalie
  • Nettoyage, ravitaillement et entretien simple de la locomotive et des équipements ferroviaires
  • Application stricte des consignes de sécurité et coordination des mouvements par radio avec les équipes présentes sur le site

Profil ###

  • Expérience professionnelle en milieu industriel, en production, en logistique ou dans un environnement de travail exigeant
  • Très bonne condition physique indispensable pour exercer une activité soutenue et travailler régulièrement sur le terrain
  • Habitude des postes contraignants impliquant le port d'EPI, des horaires décalés et des conditions environnementales pénibles
  • Permis de conducteur de locomotive apprécié, mais non indispensable : la formation nécessaire sera assurée par l'entreprise
  • Rigueur, vigilance, bonne gestion du stress et capacité à communiquer clairement avec les équipes
