Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients du domaine de l'horlogerie, basé à Genève, plusieurs outilleurs avec expérience :

Mécanicien Régleur en rectification numérique, spécialisé dans la fabrication d'outillage spécifique, en équipe 2x8 et 3x8\.

Description du poste --------------------

Vous serez en charge de :

  • Changements des séries, réglages posages, pinces et outillage, mise au point des côtes, mise en route des rectifieuses Studer S41 et S141
  • Usinage et contrôle des pièces fabriquées (pièce unitaire, et très petites séries),
  • Contrôles pointus avec les outils de contrôle traditionnel d'atelier, contrôle 3D et contrôle optique selon les pièces.
  • Petite finition à la main des outillage, et assemblage de ces derniers.
  • Maintenance de premier niveau.
  • Poste en équipe 2x8 et 3x8

Profil recherché -----------------

  • Être titulaire d'un CFC en polymécanique ou CFC de micromécanicien, BAC professionnel ou BTS en Productique mécanique
  • Avoir eu une première expérience réussie de plusieurs années en industrie mécanique sur Suisse, idéalement dans le domaine de l'Horlogerie.
  • Des connaissances dans la fabrication de poinçons et de matrices d'étampage sont un plus.
  • Excellentes connaissances dans la lecture de plans.
  • Bonnes connaissances dans l'utilisation d'outils de contrôle y compris outils de contrôle numérique.
  • Avoir un bon sens technique mécanique pour trouver des solutions rapides et efficaces.
  • Être à l'aise avec les outils informatiques pour les suivis de production.
  • Bonne vision pour respecter les contrôles visuels des pièces fabriquées.
  • Esprit d'équipe et de cohésion.
