Vos responsabilités ##

  • Vous assemblez des moteurs d'essais, des prototypes et de nouveaux composants en respectant les exigences techniques
  • Vous réalisez les opérations de réparation, de transformation, de démontage et d'analyse des moteurs
  • Vous contrôlez la conformité des moteurs, effectuez les mesures nécessaires et préparez les composants pour les opérations de métrologie
  • Vous participez aux essais de prédémarrage et assurez le commissionnement des pièces avant leur montage
  • Vous contribuez à l'amélioration continue des produits, des méthodes d'assemblage et de l'outillage en proposant des solutions innovantes
  • Vous identifiez, analysez et communiquez les problématiques techniques rencontrées en proposant des pistes de résolution adaptées
  • Vous rédigez la documentation technique, les rapports d'intervention et capitalisez les retours d'expérience
  • Vous appliquez les standards 5S et collaborez aux activités des bancs d'essais afin de garantir un environnement de travail performant et flexible

Votre profil ##

  • Vous avez une formation de mécatronicien(ne) sur automobiles, poids lourds, machines agricoles ou d'une formation jugée équivalente
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en environnement atelier ou en coordination d'atelier, idéalement dans le domaine des moteurs de machines agricoles ou poids lourds
  • Vous possédez de solides connaissances des moteurs thermiques, de la mécanique et des outils informatiques
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Office, la connaissance d'un ERP et d'outils tels que Jira, GDE ou Albatros est un atout
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, une base solide en anglais ou en allemand constitue un avantage
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité pour intervenir sur différents types de moteurs, technologies et situations opérationnelles
  • Vous êtes capable de garder une analyse claire et votre sang-froid dans des situations complexes ou sous pression
  • Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe, d'autonomie, de rigueur et d'un fort sens de l'amélioration continue
