Mécanicien Régleur CNC \- 2x8 ou VSD (H/F)

Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Mécanicien régleur CNC \- 2x8 ou VSD (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous effectuerez le réglage et la mise en train des machines.
  • Vous chargerez les pièces et réaliserez les opérations de fraisage (le tournage serait un atout) sur des carrures, des fonds et des lunettes.
  • Vous assurerez le changement des outils de coupe et réaliserez les corrections nécessaires.
  • Vous effectuerez les contrôles visuels et dimensionnels à l'aide d'outils de contrôle manuels ainsi que des machines Zeiss et Marcel Aubert.
  • Vous réaliserez le nettoyage, le graissage des machines et assurerez la maintenance de premier niveau.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC de mécanicien de production ou d'une formation jugée équivalente.
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience en qualité de régleur dans un environnement de production industrielle.
  • Vous maîtrisez le fraisage 5 axes et bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée dans ce domaine.
  • Vous maîtrisez la programmation sur commandes Fanuc ainsi que les commandes numériques.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances des outils de contrôle dimensionnel couramment utilisés.
  • Vous êtes autonome, flexible et consciencieux
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et disposez d'un excellent esprit d'équipe.
  • Vous êtes résistant au stress et savez évoluer dans un environnement exigeant.
