Vous aimez comprendre comment fonctionne un appareil, trouver l-origine d-une panne et le remettre en état ? Vous appréciez aussi le contact avec les clients et les journées qui ne se ressemblent pas ? Ce poste pourrait vous plaire.

Nous recherchons une personne pour installer, entretenir et réparer des copieurs et imprimantes chez nos clients, ainsi que divers équipements dans notre atelier.

Vos missions ###

  • Installer et mettre en service les appareils chez les clients, puis vérifier leur bon fonctionnement.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et effectuer les réparations sur site, ainsi que la maintenance préventive des équipements.
  • Préparer et réviser les copieurs neufs ou d-occasion avant leur livraison ou leur remise en service.
  • Réparer en atelier d-autres appareils, notamment des vidéoprojecteurs, écrans tactiles, destructeurs de documents et traceurs.
  • Expliquer vos interventions aux clients et assurer un suivi clair : rapports d-intervention, clôture des pannes et transmission des informations utiles à l-équipe.
  • Participer à la mise en place et à la bonne tenue de notre espace d-exposition.

Votre profil ###

Vous avez une formation ou une expérience technique pertinente, par exemple en mécanique, en électromécanique ou en maintenance. Vous aimez comprendre l-origine d-une panne et trouver une solution concrète. Autonome, organisé et fiable, vous appréciez aussi le contact avec les clients et le travail en équipe.

Une excellente maîtrise de l-allemand, à l-oral comme à l-écrit, est indispensable. Vous possédez également le permis de conduire manuel et êtes disponible pour intervenir notamment en suisse romande comme en suisse allemande.

Vous n-avez jamais travaillé sur des copieurs ? Ce n-est pas un obstacle : une formation à nos équipements est prévue.
