Dans le cadre d’un important projet industriel stratégique pour notre client, nous recrutons plusieurs Mécaniciens-Monteurs et Polymécaniciens CFC. Vous participerez à des travaux d’assemblage mécanique de haute précision au sein d’un environnement technique moderne, structuré et sécurisé.

Certains collaborateurs pourront être amenés à travailler ponctuellement sur les sites de Bulle ou Martigny mais l'organisation sera garantit ( navette organisée depuis Villeneuve pour prendre en charge tous les déplacements / temps de trajet comptabilisés comme temps de travail / repas pris en charge / volume horaire identique à une journée standard sur le site de Villeneuve).

Description du poste

  • Réaliser l’assemblage, le montage et le prémontage de composants mécaniques industriels
  • Lire et interpréter plans mécaniques, schémas et nomenclatures
  • Effectuer les ajustages, réglages et contrôles de pièces
  • Utiliser les outils d’atelier : clés dynamométriques, instruments de mesure, outils de montage
  • Travailler selon les standards qualité et les exigences industrielles
  • Participer activement à la production en respectant délais, consignes et normes de sécurité

Profil recherché

  • CFC de mécanicien-monteur, mécanicien de production, polymécanicien, ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée en assemblage mécanique industriel
  • Excellentes compétences en mécanique, montage et lecture de plans
  • À l’aise avec les outils d’ajustage et de contrôle dimensionnel
  • Expérience en mécanique lourde ou ferroviaire : atout important
  • Flexibilité pour travailler en horaires d’équipe : 5h30 – 14h00 | 13h45 – 22h15
