Afin de compléter son équipe, la Direction médicale recherche pour l-Unité de pneumologie un-e

Médecin adjoint-e responsable de la réadaptation respiratoire 70-80 %

Votre mission :

  • être responsable, au sein de l-Unité de pneumologie, de la réadaptation respiratoire (basée à l-HFR Riaz)
  • participer à la prise en charge ambulatoire et stationnaire des patient-e-s atteints de pathologies pulmonaires, y compris sur le site de l-HFR Fribourg selon les besoins de l-unité
  • effectuer des bronchoscopies sur le site de l-HFR Fribourg
  • participer aux piquets de l-Unité de pneumologie
  • superviser les médecins-assistant-e-s et les chef-fe-s de clinique en rotation et participer à leur formation
  • participer à l-enseignement des étudiant-e-s de l-Université de Fribourg
  • titres de spécialiste (ISFM) en pneumologie et en médecine interne générale
  • solide expérience clinique en pneumologie hospitalière et ambulatoire, y compris comme chef.fe de clinique ou médecin cadre
  • une expérience en réadaptation pulmonaire est un avantage certain
  • une expérience comme chef.fe de clinique en médecine interne hospitalière est un plus
  • maîtrise du diagnostic et traitement des troubles respiratoires du sommeil, y compris de la ventilation non-invasive
  • personnalité dynamique, ouverte et collégiale

Votre profil :

  • intérêt pour l-organisation de la formation pré- et postgraduée et continue des médecins et du personnel soignant
  • maîtrise de la langue française ou allemande avec bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (capacité à mener un entretien médical)

Leitende Ärztin/Leitenden Arzt der respiratorischen Rehabilitation 70-80%

Aufgaben

  • Sie sind innerhalb der Abteilung Pneumologie für die respiratorische Rehabilitation, die im HFR Riaz angesiedelt ist, verantwortlich.
  • Sie beteiligen sich an der optimalen ambulanten und stationären Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit Lungenerkrankungen. Gemäss dem Bedarf der Abteilung sind Sie auch am HFR Freiburg - Kantonsspital tätig.
  • Sie führen Bronchoskopien am HFR Freiburg - Kantonsspital durch.
  • Sie beteiligen sich am Bereitschaftsdienst der Abteilung Pneumologie.
  • Sie beaufsichtigen die wechselnden Assistenz- und Oberärztinnen und -ärzte und wirken an ihrer Ausbildung mit.
  • Sie beteiligen sich am Unterricht für die Studierenden der Universität Freiburg.
  • Facharzttitel SIWF in Pneumologie und in Allgemeiner Innerer Medizin
  • Ausgewiesene klinische Erfahrung in stationärer und ambulanter Pneumologie, einschliesslich als Oberärztin/Oberarzt oder Leitende Ärztin/Leitender Arzt
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der respiratorischen Rehabilitation
  • Erfahrung als Oberärztin/Oberarzt in der Allgemeinen Inneren Medizin eines Spitals von Vorteil
  • Beherrschen der Diagnosestellung und Behandlung von schlafbezogenen Atmungsstörungen, inklusive nicht-invasiver Beatmung
  • Dynamik, Offenheit, Kollegialität

Profil

  • Interesse an der Organisation der Grundausbildung und der Fort- und Weiterbildung der Ärzteschaft und des Pflegepersonals
  • Deutsch oder Französisch mit guten Kenntnissen der anderen Sprache (in der Lage, ein medizinisches Gespräch zu führen)
