Médecin cantonal·e de 80% à 100% SCSP128bis

L’équipe du ou de la médecin cantonal·e est rattachée au SCSP. Le ou la médecin cantonal·e, ainsi que son équipe, assurent la prise en charge de l’ensemble des questions médicales liées à la santé publique. À ce titre, leurs missions couvrent notamment : le contrôle et la surveillance de l’exercice des professions médicales, la prévention et la lutte contre les maladies transmissibles, ainsi que le soutien et le conseil aux institutions de santé en matière de contrôle des infections. L’équipe veille également à l’état sanitaire des institutions de santé et des établissements de détention, ainsi qu’au respect des droits des patient·e·s.

Vos missions Au sein du SCSP, vous dirigez une équipe spécialisée dans les enjeux médicaux de santé publique, apportant une expertise technique et médico-soignante aux différents offices du service. Vous incarnez l’autorité médicale liée à la fonction de médecin cantonal·e, en veillant à la protection de la santé de la population et en pilotant les missions régaliennes de l’État dans ce domaine. À la tête d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous coordonnez les activités de l’office, notamment en matière de lutte contre les maladies transmissibles et de protection des populations vulnérables. Vous contribuez activement à l’élaboration, au suivi et à l’évaluation de la stratégie cantonale de santé publique. Enfin, vous participez, au niveau national, aux travaux et stratégies en santé publique.

Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de médecin reconnu en Suisse (selon la LPMéd), ainsi que d’un titre postgrade fédéral ou étranger également reconnu. Vous avez complété votre parcours par des formations postgrades en santé publique et bénéficiez d’une expérience avérée dans la lutte contre les maladies transmissibles. Reconnu·e pour vos compétences en gestion d’équipe et en gestion de crise, vous faites preuve d’aisance en communication tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit en français.
