Die Dienststelle Informatik (DIIN) erbringt umfassende IT-Dienstleistungen für die Departemente, Gerichte und Schulen des Kantons Luzern. Neben der Beratung zu Fragestellungen der Informatik in den Bereichen Architektur, Sicherheit, Infrastruktur, Projekte und Applikationen und der Bereitstellung von IT-Services betreibt sie die kantonale Informatikinfrastruktur in zwei modernen Rechenzentren und ist für den Aufbau und den Betrieb des komplexen kantonalen Kommunikationsnetzes besorgt. Microsoft 365 ist das digitale Rückgrat der Zusammenarbeit in der kantonalen Verwaltung und in den Schulen des Kantons Luzern. Wir bauen den Betrieb dieser Konzernplattform als eigenes Team neu auf und übernehmen ihn schrittweise von einem externen Partner. Als Product Owner M365 gestaltest du diesen Aufbau von Beginn an mit und machst aus den Anforderungen der Dienststellen wirksame Lösungen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst das Team-Backlog des M365-Teams: du übersetzt Anforderungen in klar geschnittene, priorisierte Backlog-Items, definierst Akzeptanzkriterien und nimmst die Ergebnisse ab.  
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Manager M365 setzt du Roadmap und Prioritäten in umsetzbare Arbeitspakete um und vertrittst das Team in den SAFe-Events (PI Planning, PO-Sync, Review, Refinement).  
  • Du arbeitest täglich eng mit den DevOps Engineers zusammen: du klärst fachliche Fragen, räumst Abhängigkeiten und Blocker aus dem Weg und sorgst dafür, dass Betriebs- und Weiterentwicklungsthemen im Backlog richtig gewichtet sind.  
  • Neue Begehren wie Copilot, Power Platform oder weitere M365-Dienste bringst du gemeinsam mit den Governance-, Security- und Datenschutzverantwortlichen nachvollziehbar und dokumentiert zur Freigabe.  
  • Du arbeitest aktiv am Aufbau des neuen M365-Teams mit und bringst agile Arbeitsweisen, eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und einen starken Ownership-Gedanken ein.  

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (FA, HF, FH oder Universität).  
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Umfeld moderner Arbeitsplatz- und Kollaborationslösungen, idealerweise in einem skalierten agilen Setup (SAFe). Du arbeitest selbstorganisiert, proaktiv und übernimmst Verantwortung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus deiner Produkte.  
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Plattform (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform): du kennst Administration und Governance-Funktionen, weisst um Möglichkeiten und Grenzen und verfolgst aktuelle Entwicklungen wie Copilot aktiv.  
  • Verständnis für moderne Betriebsmodelle: DevOps, Automatisierung und Configuration as Code im M365-Kontext.  
  • Erfahrung in der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder einem regulierten Umfeld von Vorteil; Datenschutz und Governance verstehst du als Qualitätsmerkmal, nicht als Bremse.  
  • Du analysierst und priorisierst Anforderungen strukturiert, führst unterschiedliche Stakeholder zu tragfähigen Lösungen und bleibst verbindlich, auch wenn Interessen kollidieren.  
  • Kommunikationsstärke, vernetztes Denken sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung runden dein Profil ab.
