Pour le compte d'un de notre client, nous sommes à la recherche de :

Maître d'Hôtel H/F en Brasserie

Description du poste --------------------

Véritable relais opérationnel sur le terrain, vous participez activement au bon déroulement des services et veillez à offrir une expérience de qualité à la clientèle.

Vous aurez notamment pour missions :

  • Organiser et superviser le bon déroulement des services
  • Coordonner, accompagner et fédérer les équipes de salle
  • Participer activement au service et rester présent(e) sur le terrain
  • Assurer une répartition efficace des rangs et des tâches
  • Garantir la fluidité et la qualité du service
  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner la clientèle avec professionnalisme
  • Gérer les demandes particulières et les éventuelles réclamations
  • Veiller au respect des standards de l'établissement
  • Assurer une excellente communication entre la salle, la cuisine et l'encadrement
  • Participer à l'intégration et à l'accompagnement des collaborateurs

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous disposez d'une expérience confirmée en qualité de Maître d'Hôtel ou dans une fonction similaire, idéalement acquise en brasserie ou en restauration traditionnelle.

Professionnel(le) de terrain, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre organisation, votre réactivité et votre capacité à accompagner une équipe tout en restant pleinement opérationnel(le) pendant le service.

Vous possédez une excellente présentation, un véritable sens de l'accueil et une forte orientation client.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.
