La Haute école fédérale en formation professionnelle HEFP est l’organisation experte suisse pour la formation professionnelle. Nous offrons des formations et des formations continues aux responsables de la formation professionnelle, nous menons des projets de recherche sur la formation professionnelle, nous contribuons au développement des métiers et soutenons la coopération internationale en matière de formation professionnelle. Nos sites se trouvent à Zollikofen près de Berne (siège principal), Lausanne et Lugano, avec des sites externes à Olten et Zurich.

Pour le secteur Formation, « Habilitations à l'enseignement » à Renens, nous cherchons pour le 1er février 2027 ou pour une date à convenir un/une

Maître / maîtresse d’enseignement à 60 %

Vos attributions

  • Enseignement dans le cadre de la formation des enseignant\-e\-s, principalement dans les filières di\-plômes DBP\-DES\-DMP\-DSP du secteur Formation, y compris la préparation, l’encadrement des per\-sonnes en formation et le suivi de l’enseignement, dans le respect des plans d’études
  • Evaluation des prestations des étudiant\-e\-s selon les prescriptions
  • Conseil et accompagnement des personnes en formation, notamment au moyen de visites en situation professionnelle et dans le cadre des travaux de diplômes
  • Réalisation de tâches administratives en lien avec l’enseignement
  • Veille technologique et maintien des compétences didactiques
  • Développement de cours et de prestations dans le cadre des filières de formation
  • Participation aux séances régionales ou nationales de coordination et de développement au niveau de la filière d’études et du secteur concernés

Votre profil

  • Enseignant\-e en formation professionnelle (titre de niveau haute école, master en psychologie ou en sciences de l’éducation ou équivalent), formation pédagogique et avec une expérience confirmée en formation des adultes
  • Expérience dans l’enseignement en formation professionnelle (initiale ou supérieure) et très bonne connaissance du réseau de la formation professionnelle
  • Compétences approfondies en psychopédagogie, didactique, accompagnement individuel. Une expé\-rience en enseignement spécialisé serait un atout.
  • Compétences pédagonumériques dans l’enseignement et maitrise des outils informatiques
  • Aisance dans les contacts
  • Bonne capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
  • Esprit d’initiative
  • Sens de l’organisation et rigueur dans le travail
  • Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit, bonnes connaissances d’une autre langue nationale
