Nous recherchons pour notre Centre de Jour Arc-en-ciel afin d-accompagner nos bénéficiaires dans leurs activités de jour un-e :

Maître Socio-professionnel / Educateur social (H/F)

Votre mission

  • Accompagner les bénéficiaires dans des activités diverses individuelles ou collectives, en veillant à ce qu-elles soient structurées, prévisibles et favorisent l-apprentissage.
  • Contribuer à l-élaboration des projets individuels de chaque personne, en apportant un soutien actif dans leur mise en œuvre.
  • Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire, avec des partenaires internes et externes, pour garantir une approche cohérente et de qualité.

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

  • Une formation en tant que Maître socio-professionnel, Educateur social ou équivalent.
  • Une expérience et un réel intérêt pour l-accompagnement des personnes en situation de handicap, avec un focus particulier sur les bénéficiaires présentant un TSA.
  • Un dynamisme, une autonomie, une créativité et une flexibilité au quotidien pour adapter vos interventions.
  • Des compétences relationnelles et administratives solides, essentielles pour favoriser une communication fluide avec les équipes et la gestion des dossiers.
