Située dans la région de Vevey, entre ville et campagne, la Cité du Genévrier accueille des personnes adultes en situation de handicap du fait d'une déficience intellectuelle. Maître socioprofessionnel H/F pour l'atelier Déco

Mission ###

Au sein de l'atelier Déco, nous imaginons et nous fabriquons des objets de décoration artisanaux pour des vitrines, des événements ou de la vente.

Votre rôle ? Concevoir des projets adaptés aux capacités des travailleurs, tout en veillant à leur bien-être et à une production de qualité.

Profil souhaité ###

  • Diplôme de maître socioprofessionnel ES
  • Expérience auprès d'adultes avec une déficience intellectuelle
  • Connaissances en accompagnement socioprofessionnel et du modèle PPH
  • Créatif, minutieux et avec un vrai sens de l'esthétique
  • Patient, flexible et prêt à travailler en équipe
  • Compétences techniques en 2D et 3D (bois, papier, peinture, -)
  • Bonnes connaissances de outils informatiques types Cameo et programme fusion 360
