Rejoignez la Clinique romande de réadaptation de la Suva à Sion et contribuez à accompagner des personnes accidentées vers davantage d-autonomie et un retour dans le monde professionnel.

Notre Centre de Compétences en Réinsertion Professionnelle (CCRP) dispose d-un espace de 720 m² permettant aux patients de confronter leurs capacités aux exigences concrètes de différents métiers : administration, mécanique, soudure, bois, bâtiment et activités de dextérité fine.

 

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons dès le 1er janvier ou à convenir, un/e

Maître socioprofessionnel/le  ####

(Taux d-activité à 80%) ####

Vos principales missions ###

  • Encadrer les patients-assurés pour l'évaluation des aptitudes professionnelles.
  • Développer des évaluations professionnelles intégrées, selon les standards internes.
  • Rédiger le rapport final de prise en charge des patients-assurés, en collaboration avec les psychologues conseillères en orientation.
  • Gérer son agenda pour la planification des activités adaptées pour les patients, y compris les stages extérieurs.
  • Etablir des contacts avec les conseillers en réadaptation de l-office AI. et les gestionnaires de dossiers ou case managers Suva.
  • Gérer les matériaux et fournitures nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des ateliers et appliquer les procédures d-hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Assurer une permanence au sein du CCRP pendant les horaires d-accueil des patients-assurés (8h-17h), en liaison avec les collègues.

Nos attentes ###

  • Diplôme de maître socioprofessionnel/le ES
  • Formation dans le milieu de l-industrie ou de la mécanique
  • Idéalement, expérience (3 années) dans une fonction similaire
  • Sens de l-organisation et des responsabilités
  • Capacité de flexibilité et d-adaptation
  • Grande aisance relationnelle et excellentes compétences interpersonnelles
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants et de la langue française (niveau B2 minimum)
