Le contexte Le Quartier culturel de Malévoz, situé sur le site de l-Hôpital psychiatrique de Monthey, est un lieu unique à la croisée de la culture, de l-art, du patrimoine et de l-insertion socio-professionnelle. Dans le cadre du développement de son secteur productif et commercial (jardin potager, transformation, commercialisation, hôtellerie et traiteur) nous recherchons un·e professionnel·le capable d-allier présence terrain et responsabilités de direction.

 

Missions principales

Fonction MSP (60 %)

  • Animer un atelier d-insertion sociale et accompagner les participant·e·s dans leur parcours.
  • Veiller à l-adéquation des activités avec les besoins des publics, les objectifs de l-institution et les ressources disponibles.
  • évelopper les activités, les partenariats et les débouchés commerciaux.

Fonction de direction et de gestion (40 %)

  • Soutenir l-équipe dans la conception et la mise en œuvre des projets
  • Assurer la gestion opérationnelle et administrative du secteur
  • Identifier et solliciter des sources de financement (subventions, sponsoring, fonds dédiés)
  • Assurer la visibilité du Jardin culturel auprès du public et des partenaires.
  • Assumer la responsabilité des mandats de prestation
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres secteurs du Quartier culturel
  • Veiller au respect des valeurs, de la mission et des orientations stratégiques de l-institution.

Profil professionel

  • Formation tertiaire dans le domaine social ou sanitaire ou justifier d-une formation équivalente avec une expérience professionnelle dans ces domaines.
  • Formation de MSP ou expérience dans l-organisation d-atelier d-insertion
  • Solides compétences de gestion, d-élaboration et de suivi de budgets.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de coordination d-équipe
  • Expérience dans la recherche de financements (subventions, sponsoring) souhaitée.

Compétences personnelles

  • Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement social du canton du Valais (dispositifs d-insertion, mandats de prestation, acteurs institutionnels).
  • Leadership participatif
  • Capacité à mobiliser et à allier présence sur le terrain et responsabilités de direction.
  • Sens du contact, aisance relationnelle, rédactionnelle et communicationnelle.
  • Sensibilité aux questions de santé mentale, d-inclusion et de réinsertion.
  • Esprit d-initiative, sens des responsabilités, autonomie, flexibilité et résistance au stress.

Condition salariale

  • Poste de MSP classe 14 de l-échelle de traitement de l-Administration cantonale du Valais
  • Poste de direction classe 11 ou 10 selon profil de compétences
