Wir investieren gezielt in die Verstärkung unseres Teams in Baden AG und suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Maintenance \& Project Engineer (m/w/d).

Bei uns leitest Du nicht nur Projekte, Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Engineering\-Bereichs aktiv mit. Gemeinsam mit unserem Hauptkunden Accelleron Turbo Systems AG entwickelst Du Lösungen für anspruchsvolle technische Herausforderungen in einem modernen Produktionsumfeld.

Bei Quant Service in Baden triffst Du auf ein hochmotiviertes und kollegiales Team von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden, die als Unterhaltsteam in verschiedenen Funktionen tätig sind.

Was sind Deine Verantwortlichkeiten?

  • Eigenständige Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von technischen Projekten im Produktions\- und Infrastrukturbereich. Dabei klärst Du die Machbarkeit von Kundenanforderungen ab und entwickelst Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen zur Erhöhung von Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Qualität und Produktivität
  • Du analysierst den Ersatzteilbedarf und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Lieferanten und Kunden geeignete Bevorratungsstrategien
  • Du unterstützt das Engineering und Operation Team in technischen Belangen (TPM, Risikoanalysen, FMEA)
  • Planung und Durchführung technischer Audits sowie Ableitung geeigneter Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Proaktive Optimierungen im Rahmen vom kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
  • Du förderst aktiv eine ausgeprägte Sicherheitskultur und lebst diese im Arbeitsalltag konsequent vor
  • Support von neuen Investitionsprojekten des Kunden in allen instandhaltungsrelevanten Belangen

Was erwarten wir von Dir?

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung HF/FH oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrungen im Qualitätsmanagement sind von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und Lösungsorientierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kunden und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erfahrungen im Instandhaltungsumfeld wünschenswert
