Aufgabenbereich: - Ausführen von allgemeinen Malerarbeiten im Innenbereich - Vorbereiten und Abdecken der Arbeitsflächen - Reinigen, Schleifen, Spachteln und Grundieren von Untergründen - Auftragen von Farben, Lacken und Beschichtungen - Ausführen von Ausbesserungs- und Renovationsarbeiten - Mischen und fachgerechtes Verarbeiten von Farben und Materialien - Schützen bestehender Bauteile, Böden, Einrichtungen und Oberflächen - Einhalten der Qualitätsvorgaben und Ausführungskontrollen - Reinigen und fachgerechtes Lagern der Werkzeuge und Arbeitsmittel - Ordnungsgemässe Entsorgung von Materialresten und Abfällen - Einhalten der schweizerischen Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften - Dokumentation der Arbeits-, Reise- und Pausenzeiten

Anforderungsprofil: - Berufserfahrung als Maler im Bau- oder Baunebengewerbe - Fachkenntnisse in der Untergrundvorbereitung sowie im Auftragen von Farben und Beschichtungen - Handwerkliches Geschick und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise - Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Schwindelfreiheit, soweit für die Arbeiten erforderlich - Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit und Teamfähigkeit - Bereitschaft zur Einhaltung der betrieblichen Arbeitszeiten - Verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Werkzeugen, Materialien und persönlicher Schutzausrüstung - Verständnis der Sicherheitsanweisungen auf der Baustelle Arbeitsbedingungen

Die Anstellung untersteht dem allgemeinverbindlichen Gesamtarbeitsvertrag für das Maler- und Gipsergewerbe 2026–2029 sowie den zwingenden Bestimmungen des schweizerischen Arbeitsrechts.

Die Arbeitszeit wird täglich mit Beginn, Ende, Pausen und anrechenbaren Reisezeiten erfasst. Samstagsarbeit erfolgt nur ausnahmsweise sowie nach vorgängiger Meldung an die zuständige paritätische Berufskommission. Sämtliche Arbeiten sind unter Einhaltung der betrieblichen Sicherheitsanweisungen und der geltenden schweizerischen Arbeitsschutzvorschriften auszuführen.
