Der Fokus liegt auf hochwertigen Malerarbeiten im Innen- und Aussenbereich sowie anspruchsvollen Lackierarbeiten für Privat- und Geschäftskunden. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir einen ausgelernten Maler (m/w/d).

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Maler (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Maler- und Lackierarbeiten sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich. Sie arbeiten eigenständig und im Team an unterschiedlichen Projekten, angefangen bei der Vorbereitung der Flächen, wie dem Abkleben, Schleifen und Grundieren, bis hin zur abschliessenden Gestaltung und Oberflächenbehandlung. Dazu gehört das Ausführen von Malerarbeiten an Wänden, Decken und Fassaden sowie das Lackieren von Holz- und Metalloberflächen. Sie setzen verschiedene Techniken, wie beispielsweise Spritz- und Rolltechniken, gekonnt ein und beraten unsere Kunden hinsichtlich Farb- und Materialwahl. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Qualitätskontrolle und die Endabnahme der ausgeführten Arbeiten, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Standards erfüllt werden.

Wir erwarten ##

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Maler und Lackierer EFZ und bringen Berufserfahrung in der Innen- sowie Fassadenmalerei mit. Ihre Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und präzise, und Sie arbeiten sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team effizient. Mit Ihrem guten technischen Verständnis und handwerklichen Geschick meistern Sie alle Aufgaben. Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil. Zudem zeichnen Sie sich durch ein freundliches Auftreten und hohe Kommunikationsstärke aus.
