Management Support / Assistenz der Geschäftsführung (100%)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle, entlasten die Geschäftsführerin proaktiv im Tagesgeschäft und wirken bei organisatorischen, projektbezogenen, juristischen, administrativen und buchhalterischen Aufgaben mit.

Ihre Kernaufgaben - Organisation: Sitzungsmanagement, Erstellung von Unterlagen, Präsentationen und Protokollen, Pendenzenkontrolle sowie Teilnahme an nationalen Meetings - Klagen & Rekurse: Prüfung, Aufbereitung und Erfassung von Klagen und Rekursen zur Weiterbearbeitung durch den Aussendienst oder die Rechtsvertretung - Schnittstelle: Kompetente Ansprechperson für interne Teams, Kantone, Verbände und externe Stellen in allen Sprachregionen der Schweiz - Projekte & Reporting: Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungsprojekten, Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement sowie bei der Erstellung von Reportings, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Geschäftsberichten - Support-Funktionen: Unterstützung bei IT-bezogenen Themen (z. B. User-Verwaltung) und in HR- Prozessen (Zeiterfassung, Spesen)

Ihr Profil - Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z. B. Direktionsassistenz, Betriebswirtschaft, Paralegal) oder einer ähnlichen Qualifikation - Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Assistenzfunktion auf Führungsebene oder in einer Anwaltskanzlei, beispielsweise als Paralegal oder Anwaltsassistenz - Stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Französischkenntnisse (C1); Italienisch von Vorteil - Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, hohe digitale Affinität und eine strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise
