Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für nationale und internationale Steuerfragestellungen innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe
  • Beratung des Managements und der Fachbereiche in strategischen Steuerangelegenheiten
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Tax Compliance Prozesse auf Gruppenebene
  • Unterstützung bei internationalen Projekten sowie bei M&A-Transaktionen, Restrukturierungen und Unternehmensentwicklungen
  • Analyse steuerlicher Auswirkungen neuer Geschäftsmodelle und Investitionsvorhaben
  • Steuerliche Prüfung und Begleitung von Transfer-Pricing-Themen
  • Ansprechpartner für externe Berater, Steuerbehörden und Revisionsstellen
  • Überwachung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Sicherstellung der gruppenweiten Compliance
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Steuerstrukturen und internen Prozessen

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Recht, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Steuerexperte, LL.M. Tax oder vergleichbare steuerliche Weiterbildung von Vorteil
  • Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Tax, International Tax oder Transfer Pricing
  • Erfahrung in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder einer renommierten Beratungs- bzw. Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen und internationalen Steuerrechts
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Business Mindset
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
