Introduction ##

Pour notre division Achats, Soutien & Infrastructures, nous recherchons un Manager de proximité (H/F) pour l-équipe Projets Sûreté, Sécurité & Environnement (SSE)dont la mission principale sera de piloter une équipe chargée de réaliser les projets de l-ensemble du département. 

Responsabilités ##

  • Communiquer les orientations du département, fixer les objectifs et accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur atteinte
  • Organiser l-activité de l-équipe en garantissant l-adéquation entre charge, capacité et compétences
  • Développer les compétences, l-autonomie et l-engagement des chargés de projets
  • Créer un cadre de travail de confiance, favorisant la communication, la cohésion et la performance collective, avec un management de proximité exigeant et bienveillant 
  • Piloter le portefeuille de projets SSE et garantir l-atteinte des objectifs de qualité, coûts, délais et maîtrise des risques
  • Superviser les projets depuis leur cadrage jusqu-à leur déploiement, en assurant une gouvernance et un reporting adaptés
  • Définir les priorités, suivre l-avancement des projets, anticiper les écarts et préparer les arbitrages nécessaires
  • Animer les revues opérationnelles, les comités de pilotage et les instances de suivi du portefeuille
  • Accompagner les chargés de projets dans les situations complexes et prendre en charge, si nécessaire, certains projets stratégiques ou sensibles
  • Déployer et faire vivre les standards, méthodes et outils de gestion de projets du département, dans une logique d-amélioration continue des processus et pratiques de travail
  • Piloter l-activité au moyen d-indicateurs pertinents et contribuer à la fiabilité des données de pilotage
  • Développer des relations de confiance avec les services partenaires et coordonner les interfaces nécessaires à la réussite des projets
  • Veiller au respect des exigences de sûreté, sécurité, environnement, confidentialité, conformité et continuité d-activité

Profil ##

  • Formation supérieure technique ou universitaire : ingénieur HES/EPF, Bachelor ou Master en ingénierie, gestion ou formation équivalente
  • Certification reconnue en gestion de projets requise : PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2 Practitioner ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de projets complexes, transverses et multi-acteurs
  • Expérience réussie dans le management d-équipe ou forte expérience de leadership fonctionnel
  • Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies de projet, de la planification, de la gestion des risques, du suivi budgétaire et du reporting
  • Expérience dans un environnement industriel, technique, réglementé ou exigeant appréciée
  • Bonnes connaissances des outils bureautiques usuels et de pilotage de projets
  • Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit ; l-anglais constitue un atout
