Nous sommes un cabinet indépendant, leader en conseil fiscal, basé à Zurich. L'équipe expérimentée de Tax Partners, composée d'environ 70 collaborateurs et collaboratrices, conseille des groupes internationaux et suisses, des PME ainsi que des particuliers fortunés sur toutes les questions fiscales nationales et internationales. Manager en prix de transfert (h/f)

Vos principales tâches sont

  • Participation à des projets exigeants de prix de transfert internationaux (structuration, analyses des chaînes de valeur, analyses des fonctions et des risques, politique de prix de transfert, questions d'évaluation, etc.)
  • Rédaction et revue de documentations globales sur les prix de transfert (Master File, Local File, CbCR) conformément aux directives de l'OCDE
  • Accompagnement des contrôles fiscaux nationaux et internationaux ainsi que soutien lors des procédures d'accord mutuel (MAP) et des accords préalables (APA)

Pour ce poste, vous apportez

  • Un diplôme universitaire (droit, sciences économiques) ou une qualification équivalente. Une formation complémentaire en tant qu'expert fiscal diplômé fédéral est un grand atout
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle approfondie dans le domaine des prix de transfert, idéalement dans un cabinet Big Four, un cabinet de conseil de premier plan ou dans le département fiscal d'un grand groupe
  • Une compréhension approfondie de la législation fiscale suisse et internationale ainsi que des développements actuels de l'OCDE
  • La maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais (oral et écrit) est indispensable ; d'autres langues nationales (notamment le français) sont un avantage
  • Une pensée analytique, de la détermination, d'excellentes compétences en communication avec des parties prenantes exigeantes ainsi qu'un plaisir à travailler en équipe
