Hochwertige frische Schokolade - dafür steht die Schweizer Schokoladenmanufaktur Läderach. 1962 gegründet, beschäftigt das Familienunternehmen heute gruppenweit über 2500 Menschen aus mehr als 80 Ländern, Tendenz steigend. Der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens liegt im Kanton Glarus. Vor malerischer Alpenkulisse produzieren wir hier unsere frischen Schokoladen und entwickeln in agilen Teams ständig neue, innovative Ideen.

Das erwartet dich #####

  • Du führst das House of Läderach als einzigartiges Besucher- und Erlebniszentrum mit Retail, Museum, Café, Live Production, Walk-in Atelier und Eventbereich
  • Du verantwortest Budget, Umsatz-, Kosten- und Profitabilitätsziele für das gesamte House of Läderach
  • Du entwickelst die Geschäftsbereiche Retail, Museum & Führungen, Firmenevents, Kurse, Café, Live Production, Walk-in Atelier und Welcome Desk kontinuierlich weiter und erschliesst neue Potenziale
  • Du sorgst für ein herausragendes Kundenerlebnis über alle Bereiche hinweg
  • Du definierst Massnahmen, leitest bereichsübergreifende Projekte und trägst massgeblich dazu bei, die Besucherzahlen in den kommenden Jahren substanziell zu steigern.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Länderteam Schweiz sowie den HQ-Funktionen - insbesondere Retail Schweiz, Marketing, Controlling, Customer Service und Technischem Dienst - zusammen
  • Du stellst effiziente Prozesse sowie höchste Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards sicher
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen, leitest Optimierungsmassnahmen ab und stellst die Zielerreichung sicher
  • Du entwickelst deine Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden weiter und förderst eine leistungs- und serviceorientierte Teamkultur

Das bringst du mit #####

  • Du verfügst über einen Studienabschluss, vorzugsweise in Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Business Management, sowie über mehrjährige Führungs- und Managementerfahrung in den Bereichen Events, Gastronomie und/oder Verkauf
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und übernimmst Budget-, Prozess- und Ergebnisverantwortung souverän
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch und begeisterst mit deiner gewinnenden, charmanten Art
  • Du überzeugst mit Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative, Kreativität, Teamgeist sowie pragmatischen Lösungsansätzen
  • Du packst mit an, arbeitest gerne operativ mit und bist bereit, regelmässig an Wochenenden und Feiertagen im Einsatz zu sein
  • Du liebst Schokolade - und bist vielleicht sogar schon ein Läderach-Fan
