Aufgabenbereich

  • Sie sind zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kollegen bei komplexen Tax Accounting\- und Direct\-Tax\-Themen.
  • Sie leiten Tax Audits für internationale Gruppen und Schweizer Gesellschaften und verbinden dabei Tax\- und Audit\-Perspektiven.
  • Sie begleiten Kunden bei der Transformation ihrer Tax Functions sowie bei prozess\-, daten\- und technologiegestützten Lösungen.
  • Sie beraten zu aktuellen internationalen Steuerthemen, insbesondere BEPS Pillar 2, und deren Auswirkungen auf Audit und Advisory.
  • Sie verantworten Kundenmandate ganzheitlich – von der Planung und Umsetzung bis zur Prozess\- und Qualitätsoptimierung.
  • Sie coachen und entwickeln Teammitglieder und tragen zu einer leistungsorientierten Teamkultur bei.

Anforderungsprofil

  • 5–9 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Tax Accounting, Tax Audit, Corporate Tax oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Schweizer Steuerumfeld zwingend; Erfahrung im internationalen Corporate Tax von Vorteil.
  • Idealerweise Big4\-/Consulting\-Erfahrung im Corporate Tax sowie Tax Audit/Accounting. Auch eine Kombination aus Consulting und Inhouse ist interessant.
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Accounting \& Tax Reporting (IFRS und/oder US GAAP) und die Fähigkeit, fachübergreifende Zusammenhänge zu erkennen.
  • Swiss Certified Tax Expert (STEX) von Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie gute Projektmanagement\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Interesse an Technologie und AI im Bereich Tax \& Reporting.
  • Fliessende Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse zwingend.
