About Our Client ##

Notre client est une PME industrielle suisse spécialisée dans la fabrication de composants de haute précision pour des secteurs exigeants tels que l'aéronautique, le médical, l'horlogerie et l'automobile. Dans un contexte de croissance et d'évolution de ses processus, l'entreprise souhaite renforcer son équipe de direction avec un Responsable Qualité capable de faire évoluer durablement son système qualité.

Job Description ##

Vos responsabilités en tant que Manager Qualité :

  • Piloter et faire évoluer le système de management de la qualité.
  • Garantir la conformité aux normes ISO 9001 et EN/AS 9100.
  • Structurer les processus qualité et renforcer leur intégration dans les opérations.
  • Développer une culture d'amélioration continue auprès des équipes.
  • Piloter les audits internes, clients et de certification.
  • Suivre les indicateurs qualité, les non-conformités et les actions correctives.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la Production, les Méthodes et la R&D.
  • Garantir les moyens et procédures de contrôle nécessaires à la conformité des produits.
  • Accompagner l'évolution du système qualité dans le cadre de la migration vers un nouvel ERP.
  • Manager et développer une équipe de 6 personnes.
  • Participer aux décisions stratégiques en tant que membre du comité de direction.

The Successful Applicant ##

Le profil idéal du Manager Qualité

  • 8 ans d'expérience minimum en qualité dans un environnement industriel.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la mise en place, la structuration ou l'amélioration d'un système qualité.
  • Très bonne maîtrise des normes ISO 9001 et EN/AS 9100 ; ou idéalement ISO 13485, IATF.
  • Une expérience dans l'aéronautique est fortement privilégiée ; une expérience dans le médical est également très appréciée.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements de production et des problématiques techniques industrielles.
  • Anglais B2 minimum.
