En qualité de Shift Coordinator, tu te trouves à l'intersection des hôtes, de tes collègues et de l'équipe de gestion. Tes responsabilités comprennent : - l'organisation et la réussite du déroulement de la planification des horaires - la tenue d'un environnement favorable pour nos hôtes et nos collaborateurs, notamment en matière de sécurité - le respect de normes élevées en matière de qualité, de service, de propreté et d'hygiène dans le restaurant, de manière quotidienne, ainsi que le soutien aux équipes de cuisines dans les situations intenses, derrière le comptoir ou dans le restaurant. En résumé, là où tu es indispensable.
