Unsere Mandantin ist ein seit über 20 Jahren erfolgreich etablierter Personaldienstleister in der Region Basel mit starker Verankerung in der Nordwestschweiz. Langjährige Kundenbeziehungen und ein engagiertes Team bilden die Grundlage für nachhaltige Lösungen und hohe Dienstleistungsqualität in der Vermittlung von Fest\- und Temporärstellen für Industrie\- und Logistikunternehmen. Als Teil einer international tätigen Unternehmensgruppe eröffnen sich neue Möglichkeiten, die Marktposition gezielt auszubauen und das Wachstum in der Nordwestschweiz voranzutreiben. Wir sind beauftragt, eine branchenerfahrene und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Managing Director zu gewinnen. In dieser unternehmerisch geprägten Führungsfunktion übernehmen Sie die operative, personelle und finanzielle Gesamtverantwortung und lenken das Unternehmen in die nächste Entwicklungsphase. Sie führen das 6\-köpfige Team, stellen einen reibungslosen Betrieb, eine hohe Dienstleistungsqualität und effiziente Prozesse sicher und entwickeln diese laufend weiter. Gleichzeitig pflegen und erweitern Sie Kundenbeziehungen, gewinnen neue Kunden und erschliessen zusätzliche Marktpotenziale. Sie leiten Projekte, entwickeln und verhandeln Verträge und sorgen für die notwendigen organisatorischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Als zentrale Schnittstelle zum Mutterhaus stellen Sie eine professionelle Zusammenarbeit sicher und nutzen dessen Ressourcen und Kompetenzen gezielt für die Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens. Mit Ihrer Marktpräsenz, Ihrem unternehmerischen Denken und Ihrer Umsetzungsstärke treiben Sie die Expansion in der Nordwestschweiz voran, bauen weitere Niederlassungen auf und schaffen die Voraussetzungen für nachhaltiges Wachstum. Sie sind in der Personaldienstleistungsbranche – idealerweise im Temporärgeschäft – erfolgreich unterwegs und bereit für den nächsten Karriereschritt. Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Akquisition und im Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und bewegen sich dank Ihres starken Netzwerks sicher in der Wirtschaftsregion Basel. Als unternehmerisch denkende und handelnde Persönlichkeit erkennen Sie Marktchancen, treffen Entscheidungen und setzen diese konsequent um. Sie verstehen es, Menschen zu motivieren und für gemeinsame Ziele zu gewinnen. Strategisches Denken verbinden Sie mit einer ausgeprägten Hands\-on\-Mentalität und der Bereitschaft, selbst aktiv im Markt präsent zu sein.
