Mandatsbuchhalter/in Treuhand & Consulting 80%-100%

Aufgaben * Selbstständige Führung von Finanzbuchhaltungen für nationale und internationale Mandate in deutscher und englischer Sprache * Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen * Verantwortung für Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Lohnbuchhaltungen * Erstellung von Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen und Umsatzabstimmungen * Bearbeitung von Quellensteuerabrechnungen sowie Aufgaben im Bereich Sozialversicherungen * Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen * Erstellung von Zwischenabschlüssen, Reportings und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertunge * Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Revisionen * Unterstützung bei Konsolidierungen, Umstrukturierungen und Fusionen * Mitarbeit an nationalen und internationalen Consultingprojekten * Persönliche Betreuung und kompetente Beratung unserer Mandantinnen und Mandanten * Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden, Banken, Behörden und weiteren externen Ansprechpartnern * Übernahme administrativer und organisatorischer Aufgaben * Aktive Mitgestaltung der Digitalisierung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse

Qualifikation * Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung im Finanz-, Rechnungs- oder Treuhandwesen * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Treuhandgesellschaft, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finanzabteilung * Fundierte Kenntnisse im Schweizer Rechnungswesen sowie im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsbereich * Erfahrung in der Betreuung internationaler Mandate ist von Vorteil * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Gute Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen * Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint * Erfahrung mit modernen Buchhaltungs- und Zeiterfassungssystemen * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie unternehmerisches Denken * Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion und ein professionelles Auftreten * Offenheit für Innovation, Digitalisierung und abwechslungsreiche Herausforderungen.
