Als Mandatsbuchhalter/in bist du Teil unserer Abteilung Finanzdienstleistungen. Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen stellst du bestmögliche Dienstleistungen im Bereich Treuhand und Finanzdienstleistungen sicher. Du unterstützt und berätst deine Mandanten in allen Aspekten der Finanzbuchhaltung. Du tust dies mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung, Genauigkeit und in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Experten.

Was dich erwartet -----------------

  • Du führst die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Mandanten eigenverantwortlich und mit hoher Präzision.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse, verarbeitest die Mehrwertsteuer\-Deklarationen, stimmst die verschiedenen Sozialversicherungskonti ab und führst Zahlungsläufe aus, die du auch gleich verbuchst. Zusätzlich erstellst du die Steuererklärungen von juristischen und natürlichen Personen und führst die Kontrolle von Steuerrechnungen und \-veranlagungen durch.
  • Du hast einen regen Austausch mit deinen Mandanten und berätst sie bei Fragen bezüglich Buchhaltung und Finanzen, sowie im steuerlichen Bereich in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Steuerspezialisten.
  • Du bist Teil eines Teams, das kontinuierlich an Verbesserung arbeitet und sich gegenseitig im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt.

Was du mitbringst -----------------

  • Du hast einen kaufmännischen Abschluss sowie eine Weiterbildung als Treuhänder mit eidg. FA, als Fachfrau/\-mann Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. FA oder einen Bachelor\-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Alternativ hast du einen kaufmännischen Abschluss sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Treuhandwesen oder in der Buchhaltung und möchtest dich in einem der obengenannten Fachgebieten weiterentwickeln.
  • Du hast bereits einige Jahre als Treuhänder:in oder als Buchhalter:in gearbeitet und bist es gewohnt alleinverantwortlich Mandaten ganzheitlich zu betreuen.
  • Du bist es gewohnt selbständig, präzise und unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten.
  • Deine Mandanten sind in der ganzen Schweiz zuhause. Du erfüllst daher deine Aufgaben und die Beratung in Deutsch.
