Was dich bei uns erwartet Nach sorgfältiger Einführung betreust du nationale Unternehmenskunden sowie Kundinnen und Kunden der öffentlichen Hand (Gemeinden und Städte). Du führst dein eigenes Portefeuille, trägst Verantwortung und geniesst viel Entscheidungsspielraum im Alltag. Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb Mandatsleiter\-Team. Ausschreibungen, Leistungsvergleiche, Empfehlungen sowie deren Umsetzung führst du eigenständig durch. Komplexe Schadenfälle koordinierst du zusammen mit unseren Fachspezialisten. Du bereitest Jahresgespräche vor und führst diese beim Kunden selbst durch. Ein strukturiertes Einarbeitungsprogramm sowie die Vorstellung bei deinen Kunden. Was du mitbringen solltest Eine abgeschlossene Lehre als Kauffrau/ sowie eine ergänzende Weiterbildung im Versicherungsbereich (Fachausweis oder alternativ ein Studium in der Betriebswirtschaft). Die Voraussetzungen für die Vermittlerregistrierung bei der FINMA erfüllst du. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Unternehmenskunden und Kunden der öffentlichen Hand sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Versicherungswesen. Erfahrungen im internationalen Brokergeschäft sind von Vorteil. Sehr gutes Deutsch; gute Englischkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft; ösisch ist ein Extra. Du arbeitest sorgfältig, engagiert und stets mit einem ausgeprägten Kundenfokus. Du kombinierst eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit einem ausgeprägten Teamgeist.
