Deine Rolle -----------

In dieser Position bleibst du nicht beim Zahlen\-Tippen hängen. Du bist zentraler Teil eines Teams, das im unseres Geschäfts folgende Aufgaben übernimmt:

  • Selbstständige Betreuung eines eigenen Mandatsportfolios
  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen
  • Beratung von KMU\-Kunden in finanziellen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Mithilfe bei der Automatisierung von Prozessen – und Kommunikation von Anforderungen und Wünschen an das Entwicklungsteam
  • Mitwirkung beim Teamaufbau, bei der Rekrutierung und bei der Ausbildung neuer Buchhalter
  • Möglichkeit zur Führungsverantwortung, falls gewünscht

Wir suchen dich, wenn ---------------------

  • Du über das eidg. Diplom als Treuhandexperte/in verfügst oder dieses anstrebst
  • Du mehrjährige Erfahrung im Treuhandwesen und in der Buchhaltung sowie in der selbstständigen Betreuung und Beratung von KMU\-Kunden mitbringst
  • Du manuelle Buchungsarbeit gerne hinter dir lässt, dich aber für Automatisierung, Technologie und neue Tools begeisterst
  • Du sowohl intern als auch im Kundenkontakt fliessend auf Deutsch und Englisch kommunizierst
  • Du idealerweise die Buchhaltung von Akteuren aus der Finanzbranche verstehst
  • Du über Grundkenntnisse in der Lohnbuchhaltung verfügst
  • Du Interesse an Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung sowie Freude daran hast, Dinge intelligenter zu gestalten
