Wir suchen in der Region Sargans\-Chur eine selbständige, führungsstarke und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unser Facility\-Management\-Team mit Engagement und Fachkompetenz weiterentwickelt.

Mandatsleiter:in Facility Management

Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

Du leitest unser Facility\-Management\-Team und erbringst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg:innen die vielfältigen operativen Leistungen im technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement. Dabei verantwortest du unter anderem:

  • Führung und Förderung deines Teams
  • Überwachung von Kosten\- und Vertragseinhaltung
  • Planung und Steuerung von Arbeiten
  • Erstellung von Analysen und Reportings
  • Kundenberatung und \-betreuung
  • Optimierung und Entwicklung von Prozessen und Teilprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Akquisition von Neumandaten
  • Durchsetzung von Sicherheitsvorgaben von Gesetzgeber und Betrieb
  • Sicherstellung der laufenden Aus\- und Weiterbildung deines Teams
  • Technische Mitwirkung und Unterstützung im operativen Betrieb und Unterhalt (HLKS/Elektro)

Du bist aus Überzeugung Dienstleister:in, denkst mit und bringst adäquate Optimierungsvorschläge ein. Positives Feedback spornt dich zu Höchstleistungen an. Zudem bringst du Folgendes mit:

  • Technische Grundausbildung im Bereich HLKS oder Elektro wünschenswert
  • Bachelor of Science in Facility Management mit technischem und kaufmännischem Hintergrund oder ähnliche Ausbildung mit relevanter mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Führungsposition
  • Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Sehr gute EDV\-Kenntnisse (MS Office, idealerweise Planon CAFM, RTM, SAP Fiori, Baseware)
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse und Englisch von Vorteil
  • Interesse und Affinität zu Immobilien, Technik und Unterhalt
  • Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Engagierte, kommunikative und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Zahlenaffinität
  • Wohnsitz in der Region Sargans\-Chur von Vorteil
