Mandatsleiter:in, Firmenkunden / Region Zentralschweiz, 80\-100% (all genders)

Was ist deine Tätigkeit bei uns?

  • Verantwortung für die fachliche und persönliche Beratung deiner Firmenkunden sowie Betreuung der entsprechenden Versicherungs\-Portfolios
  • Erstellung von Portfolio\-Analysenberichten, Jahresreporting, Submissionsberichte und Offertvergleichen
  • Erstellung einer Kunden\-Jahresplanung sowie die Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen und spezifischen Strategie\-Meetings
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an strategischen Gruppenprojekte
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Akquisition von Neukunden

Das bringst du mit?

  • Du bist eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung
  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung im Firmenkundengeschäft. Die Beratung und der persönliche Kontakt mit Kunden bereiten dir Freude.
  • Eine spezifische Aus\- und Weiterbildung im Versicherungsbereich (Fachausweis oder andere VBV\-Lehrgänge hast du erfolgreich absolviert)
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Eigenverantwortung, selbständiges Arbeiten und Zuverlässigkeit sind für dich als Teamplayer selbstverständlich
