eine\*n Mandatsleiter/\-in Treuhand (80 – 100 %)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust ein eigenes Portfolio von KMU\-Mandaten quer durch die Branchen und bist für diese Kunden die zentrale Ansprechperson – von der laufenden Buchhaltung über den Jahresabschluss bis zur Steuererklärung.
  • Du begleitest deine Kunden bei betriebswirtschaftlichen und steuerrechtlichen Fragen und ziehst bei Spezialfällen unsere Fachleute aus den anderen Standorten bei.
  • Mit unseren Sachbearbeitenden stehst du im engen Austausch. Bei uns arbeitet man nicht nur miteinander, sondern füreinander – und denkt über das eigene Mandat hinaus.
  • Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung in Projekten und bringst deine Ideen in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen ein.

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung und Fachausweis oder Expertendiplom im Treuhandwesen – oder du stehst vor dem Abschluss
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem Treuhandunternehmen; sicher im Erstellen von Abschlüssen nach OR
  • Freude am persönlichen Kundenkontakt; du trittst professionell und lösungsorientiert auf
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, planst vorausschauend und behältst auch in intensiven Phasen den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst auf Deutsch mündlich wie schriftlich sicher
