Ihre Aufgaben

Als MandatsleiterIn Treuhand übernehmen Sie eine zentrale fachliche Rolle in der Mandatsführung und unterstützen die Betreuung eines Mandatsportfolios in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpersonen.

  • Fachliche Führung und Bearbeitung von Treuhandmandaten (KMU, Start\-ups, Einzelunternehmen)
  • Finanz\- und Lohnbuchhaltungen
  • Erstellung von Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erstellen von Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen
  • MWST\-Abrechnungen und \-Beratungen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung bei betriebswirtschaftlichen, finanziellen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen Ansprechpersonen, Behörden, Revisoren und externen Partnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und der Digitalisierung

Ihr Profil

  • Weiterbildung im Treuhandbereich (TreuhänderIn mit eidg. Fachausweis oder in Ausbildung zwingend)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Treuhandwesen
  • Abschlusssicher in der Erstellung von Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Rechnungswesen, Steuerrecht und MWST
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch und ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität
  • Unternehmerisches Denken
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger Treuhand\- und Buchhaltungssoftware insbesondere Abacus sowie MS Office
