Mandatsleiter Treuhand mit Option zur Partnerschaft Sie betreuen bereits selbstständig Mandate im Treuhand und wünschen sich den nächsten Karriereschritt – mit mehr Verantwortung, Entwicklungsperspektive und langfristiger Partnerschaft? Für mehrere etablierte und wachstumsstarke Treuhandgesellschaften in der Deutschschweiz suchen wir erfahrene Mandatsleiter, die ihre fachliche Expertise in einem unternehmerisch geprägten Umfeld einbringen möchten. Ihre Rolle: In dieser Position übernehmen Sie die selbstständige Betreuung von anspruchsvollen KMU\-Mandaten und agieren als direkte Ansprechperson für Ihre Kunden in sämtlichen treuhänderischen Fragestellungen. Je nach Erfahrung besteht die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv am weiteren Ausbau des Standorts mitzuwirken. Ihre Hauptaufgaben Selbstständige Betreuung von nationalen und internationalen Mandaten (KMU aus verschiedenen Branchen) Fachliche und personelle Führung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Treuhand Spezialisten (je nach Seniorität) Führung von Finanzbuchhaltungen sowie Erstellung von Zwischen\- und Jahresabschlüssen Erstellung von MWST\-Abrechnungen und Steuererklärungen für natürliche und juristische Personen Beratung der Kunden in betriebswirtschaftlichen und steuerlichen Fragestellungen Ihr Profil Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Treuhand (zwingend) Weiterbildung als Treuhänder/in mit eidg. Fachausweis oder in Ausbildung dazu (von Vorteil) Selbstständige, strukturierte und mandatsorientierte Arbeitsweise Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und an langfristigen Mandatsbeziehungen Das erwartet Sie Klare und realistische Partnerperspektive (je nach Erfahrung) Langfristige Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einer stabilen Treuhandstruktur Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit grossem Handlungsspielraum Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen inkl.
