Das Unternehmen versteht sich als aktiver Wegbegleiter seiner Kundinnen und Kunden und bietet ganzheitliche Lösungen für betriebswirtschaftliche, finanzielle und steuerliche Fragestellungen. Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Mandatsleiter Treuhand / Steuern (m/w/d) Pensum 50 % \- 100 % Ihre Rolle Selbstständige Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen KMU\-Kundenportfolios Durchführung von Kundenbesprechungen, Aufbereitung von verständlichen Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Entwicklung von praktikablen Lösungen, die die Kunden weiterbringen Kompetente Ansprechperson für alle Fragestellungen rund um Treuhand und Steuern Beratung bei steuerlichen Fragestellungen, Steueroptimierung, Umstrukturierung und Unternehmensnachfolge Fachliche Begleitung und Coaching von Mitarbeitenden auf den Mandaten Unterstützung bei der Akquisition neuer Mandate sowie dem Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen Ihr Profil Weiterbildung im Treuhandbereich, idealerweise eidg. dipl. Treuhandexpert:in oder eidg. dipl.
