Wir suchen eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die als Mandatsleiter/\-in und Kundenberater/\-in Verantwortung übernimmt und sich gezielt weiterentwickeln möchte.

Ihr Wirkungsfeld:

In dieser spannenden Funktion beraten und betreuen Sie eigenständig ein vielfältiges Kundenportfolio in sämtlichen Treuhandfragen. Dabei können Sie Ihr Mandatsportfolio nach Ihren Stärken und Interessen gestalten. Es reicht von klassischen KMU über internationale Unternehmen bis hin zu komplexen Mandaten für börsenkotierte Konzerne.

Sie sind die Ansprechperson für Ihre Kunden, übernehmen die umfassende Mandatsleitung und bringen Ihr Know\-how aktiv in die Entwicklung des Unternehmens ein. Je nach Erfahrung und Ambition haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Führungsaufgaben zu übernehmen und ein eigenes Team zu leiten.

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen über eine fundierte Aus\- und Weiterbildung im Bereich Treuhand (Treuhänder mit eidg. Fachausweis, Expertenstufe oder in Ausbildung dazu) sowie über mehrjährige Erfahrung. Sie sind eine professionelle und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit ausgesprochen hohen Qualitätsansprüchen. Ihre Eigenmotivation und Ihre serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise werden von Ihren Mandanten sehr geschätzt. Zudem begeistern Sie sich für ein dynamisches Umfeld und möchten aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens beitragen.
