Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Immobilienbewirtschaftung suchen wir eine engagierte, selbstständige und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als MandatsleiterIn / ImmobilienbewirtschafterIn Als Mitglied des Kaders verantworten Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Team und unterstützt durch unsere Branchensoftware Microsoft Dynamics 365 / ImmoNext (Navision) ein spannendes Portfolio von Miet\-, Gewerbe\- und Stockwerkeigentümerliegenschaften und stehen in regelmässigen Austausch mit unseren geschätzten Kundinnen und Kunden. Ihr Aufgabengebiet: Verantwortung für ein spannendes Liegenschaftenportfolio sowie fachliche und operative Führung des Teams Erst\- und Wiedervermietungen inkl. Mietzinsgestaltung, Auswahl von Mietenden, Vertragsabschlüssen und Objektübergaben Finanzielle und administrative Bewirtschaftung: monatliche Abrechnungen, mehrjährige Budgets, Heiz\- und Betriebskostenabrechnungen, Inkasso Technische Bewirtschaftung mit Offertwesen, Überprüfung von Handwerkerleistungen, Bauabrechnungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Projekten und Renovationen Koordination von Wartungs\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten mit Qualitäts\- und Kostenkontrolle Erstellen von Reportings, Abweichungsanalysen und Marktanalysen sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen Ganzheitliche Vertragsverwaltung (Wohnen und Gewerbe) inkl. Mietzinsanalysen und professionellem Beschwerdemanagement Regelmässige Austausch\- und Strategiegespräche mit Eigentümerschaften und Mieterschaft Aktive Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen und Weiterentwicklung des Portfolio\-Managements Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene Aus\- oder Weiterbildung im Immobilienbereich (z. B. eidg.
