  • Die Bearbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts im Bereich der versicherungstechnischen und administrativen Verwaltung von autonomen Pensionskassen liegt in deiner Verantwortung; dazu gehören unter anderem Ein\- und Austritte, Lohnmutationen, Einkäufe, WEF\-Vorbezüge, Scheidungen, Pensionierungen sowie Todes\- und Invaliditätsfälle, Rentenzahlungen, Beitragsinkasso und Leistungs\- sowie Beitragsberechnungen
  • Du übernimmst die Mandatsverantwortung für eine grosse autonome Pensionskasse und stellst deren umfassende und selbstständige Betreuung sicher
  • Versicherten stehst du als kompetente Ansprechperson für telefonische und schriftliche Auskünfte zur Verfügung
  • Im Austausch mit internen und externen Stakeholdern stellst du eine professionelle und zuverlässige Zusammenarbeit sicher
  • Dein Fachwissen bringst du aktiv in Projekte und Fachgruppen ein

Potenziale leben

Deine Stärken

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und idealerweise über eine Weiterbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Personalvorsorge mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse der beruflichen Vorsorge und bringst mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von autonomen Pensionskassen mit; die eigenständige Führung und Verwaltung komplexer Mandate ist dir vertraut
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der 2\. Säule bringst du bereits mit und setzt dein Fachwissen im Tagesgeschäft ein
  • Du bist eine präzise und motivierte Persönlichkeit und bist es gewohnt autonom zu arbeiten
  • Deutsch und ösisch beherrschst du stilsicher in Wort und Schrift und kommunizierst adressatengerecht mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
